About

I started in IT support in São Paulo — the kind of job where you learn everything by getting paged for it. Fifteen years and one move to Porto later, I run identity and access management for a fintech: Okta, SSO, provisioning, the plumbing that decides who gets into what, and why. Somewhere along the way, support turned into platform engineering — less reacting to tickets, more building the systems that make most of those tickets unnecessary in the first place.

I'm currently doing an MSc in AI at Woolf University, and this site is where the two threads meet: identity, automation, and what happens when you let an AI agent near production. I'm drawn to problems that are boring until they aren't — access reviews, provisioning workflows, the internal tools nobody notices until they break.
